On Mondays and Fridays, you can work from anywhere. From Tuesday to Thursday, we’d love to have you in the office to collaborate and connect. We know, life happens and if you are needed somewhere, we do understand. Our dog friendly office in the heart of Hamburg is always worth visiting though. ;)

We keep meetings to a minimum - but when we need to align, we hop on a quick call or chat. It’s completely normal to receive a Teams call (even our customers and accountant aren’t spared) to quickly sort things out. In deep focus mode? Just turn it off. Btw. we dont even have a daily!
